base du Karat\u00e9\/Ta\u00ef-jitsu : coup de pied et coup de poing<\/li>\n<li>Exercices avec mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique (ballon, cerceau\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Passage de ceinture
